Ruth from MeditateYoga has trained and practiced Yoga and Meditation all over the world. She studied Yoga and Meditation in India, New Zealand, Thailand, Ireland.
Ruth has practiced Yoga and Meditation in these countries and also in Korea, Australia, Greece, Spain, Portugal.
Ruth teaches classes, workshops and retreats in both Ireland and Spain, her passion and love of Yoga and Meditation is infectious!
MeditateYoga in Dublin offers Yoga Flow, Yoga for Sports, Beginner Yoga, Yoga at Work, Gentle Yoga, Seated Yoga, Meditation, Workshops & Retreats.
Ruth combines influences from Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras and traditional yoga to contemporary forms of yoga such as Hatha, Anusara and Ashtanga. She also infuses her classes with all that she has learnt on her world travels and training.
Ruth offers a space to enjoy all the holistic benefits of yoga. She focuses on alignment & posture, breathwork(pranayama), yoga poses (asanas), meditation (dhyana) and relaxation techniques and mindfulness (pratyhara and dharana) in a fun and dynamic way
Group bookings, Yoga courses, retreats and workshops are available on request throughout Ireland. Open to all levels and all ages from late teens to Senior Citizens.
